I have found British Lung Foundation to be very useful. I joined a singing for lung health group, where I learned breathing exercises that have made a big difference to my breathing difficulties.

Newcastle and Gateshead

i had it this time last year... and they say it can take up to a year to fully get over it....

also one of the nurse and a couple of the doctors who were treating me sid if you don't take it very slowly, the quickest way to find yourself back in here is to overdo it!!!

you don't have an "S" on your chest... thats way above your pay grade!!! so listen to them and listen to your body!

Central

Get vaccinated against it, once you're clear. It's a one time shot for such a horrible infection.

Hope you're feeling better soon op.

I get it every year, even though I'm vaccinated, and knocks me over for months, it's horrid and no one realises how exhausted you are for months. What doesn't kill us makes us stronger!

Appt tomorrow to discuss lung transplant!
