12 months and unlimited for possession!

7 years (plus seizure of all assists under serious and organised crime act) for possession with intent to supply, importing, exporting or couriering.

This is not a proposal it is UK law! I think you need a reality check!

I am very sure! Any substance that has psychoactive (or may have) properties that is not exempted under schedule 1 or any activity is not exempted under schedule 2 is now illegal!

I have never heard of a law that was not enforced. I have heard of lots of people who scoffed at new laws only to fall victim to them a short time later.

Really? There's hundreds of laws and bylaws that aren't enforced.
