Esp on a Sunday

I'm having a latte..an my breakfast. Then have a shower tidy up an do my self a nice low fat Sunday lunch..A bit later on

My dogs always wake me up between 7-8 so I never get a lie in.

I'm thinking of heading to waitrose at 10.30 and sit in the cafe with a cappuccino and read the paper

I usually go to the gym if i feeling fed up ..an less motivated..It snaps me right out of it ..going for a nice run on the running machine ..

Esp if i see a nice sexy guy at the gym lol
