My usual....smoked salmon in quark lashing of lemon n lime , pepper and parsley wholemeal toast 2 poached eggs and sautéed mushrooms and lots of green tea

Uhm. Not sure.

I have a lot of fruit so could make a smoothie but I'm not sure I can be arsed to count carbs and work out what I can put into it and stay under my carb limit for the day.

I don't want anything heavy because I have an upset stomach.

My little boy had grilled turkey bacon, French toast and pan fried nectarine. I have the same but with added maple syrup
