If it sounds too good to be true it IS too good to be true.

If man's partner is upstairs/in the shower/gone shopping so can't chat "at the moment" she has absolutely no idea that he is on here arranging for you all to meet.

Can't accommodate doesn't mean wife and six kids at home but "must be discreet" usually does.
