Newcastle upon Tyne

Having googled it seems a lot of effort for something that is not proven. Don't think I could sit for 20 minutes with oil in my mouth would make me sick.

Heard a few people say it whitens your teeth but can't say I've tried it personally.

"Heard a few people say it whitens your teeth but can't say I've tried it personally."

That was my main reason, I'll let you know if it works

coconut oil if flavour of the season.

Been highlighted as helping many conditions and not just skin based. it appears that in some cases it can help with Parkinson's and possibly dementia.

Of course at this time its mostly subjective, but there are studies going on now to look at these results.

Well, I've just googled it and Wiki says there's no proof of any beneficial effect.

As i said they are looking into it. My dad has Parkinson's and he did find some benefit in mobility using coconut oil, but then that could have been a placebo effect.

I swear by spunk. It makes my teeth white, moisturises my lips and keeps my face looking and feeling young. But most of all it makes me happy.
