If it's been a "proper" mentally and physically fulfilling session then I'm relaxed for days and content for even longer.

If it's just been a shirt session then that just gets me hornier and more desperate, which takes me ages to calm down from.

If the fuller quality is right it can leave me satisfied for a good long time. I've noticed that some 'grazing' occurs at places, seemingly where people are on a hunt for variety and quantity - I steer clear of this generally, as it can feel like you're part of an all you can eat buffet.

So I'd need more pronto if partners deliver little pleasure.
