Am getting somewhat frustrated with this! Am on third BT vision box things here and is still crappy picture that keeps breaking up.

If I unplug the blasted thing, and plug Ariel directly into TV, like magic, the picture is fine.

I do not watch a lot of television so the ability to record was useful, will BT admit their boxes have an issue? Nope, they blame my Ariel, which works absolutely fine!!!!!! Grrrrrrrr

Anyone else suffer similar issues with this?

Oh man I have had this problem so many times with both sky and bt, because I live out in the sticks it's something to do with there coverage, been a nightmare still won't work!!!

If they are blaming Ariel maybe think about switching to another brand of non-bio

When I was on my island I always thought it might just be the location, however, am now in a town, so it sure I can use that excuse anymore

I have a youview box. I had the same issues. I ended up buying a booster box for about a tenner from argos and it works fine (the tv reception was fine without it)

If you have a half decent internet connection get an M8 Android box. 1 off payment of about £35 and you can recieve every channel in the world for free including all sky movie and sports plus thousands of movies. We watched the survivalist last night which was only released in the uk on 12/01/2016.
