Glider flying soaring......

Tried this a few years a go both being taken up by tug plane and winched up, wow what a mind blow so quiet just the wind and accompanying birds to keep you company.

One of lifes finer thrills.....apart from sex of course

Did it in my teens ( many many years ago!) open fronted job winched up and I agree was fantastic. Something special about flying without an engine, whole different level. Highly recommend it

Not flown a glider but have a licence to fly fixed wing light aircraft and Gyroplanes.... Something very special... Can't get enough of it,,,,

I got a gyro lesson for Xmas! Very excited and waiting for slightly warmer and clear weather - I'm hoping she's called Little Nellie!

Used to go at every opportunity. Did a week's course at Nympsfield - camped on the airfield. Great way to spend a week.

There's honestly no sensation, feeling, experience like being in control of an aircraft. So much freedom, such views.
