It means that they are it and they have to visit someone else's profile to tag them, the other profile has to bob down so they can't be tagged.

Other profiles play hide and seek, so you can't always find them. My profile once spent an entire dinner playing British Bulldog.

It's in the left hand sidebar on the profile, almost "inside" the verification summary. It looks like a little luggage tag. It's always been there.

Doesn't seem to be a point to it though.

Look a bit further down. She means the green tick indication for your verification summary. Not the green tick at the top of your profile.

I really think it's always been there. I think it's am indication for the summary, if that makes sense?

I really think it's always been there (as long as I've been on the site anyway which isn't as long as many of you). I think it is just an indication of the verification summary. We don't show our summary and the tag isn't on our profile I don't think.

When people do choose to show the summary then the tag pops up in the updates section. I think.

No. The rosette only shows up on the updates feed when you also display your summary.
