Black tower, haven't had a drop of that in years.

My last baileys was as part of an Irish carbomb, kind of puts you off when you have to chew it down

why limit yourself ? Have both. They probably mix well though fizzy drinks make the baileys curdle

Irish Carbomb

Half a pint of guiness, one shot of baileys in a shot glass.

Take a sip of the guiness to make space, then when your feeling brave enough, drop the baileys in and down the lot.

The quicker you do it the better as the longer it takes it curdles and becomes chewy (sorry of anyone has just had dinner then read this lol)
