Mirror are reporting that she walked out mishit and left a note addressed to Jeremy Hunt.

She was apparently extremely stressed and the complete stranger was one about to forcibly change her contract and cut her pay so not a random stranger

I hope she's aright and not let things get to her and done something terrible
