I (Adam) had it about 8 years ago and it's just come back.

It's a real bitch .....hope it doesn't last long

Did it just go on it's own ? Mine did the first time but it took about 7 weeks. I've seen the epley manoeuvre on YouTube so am going to try it tonight, but I know it's going to make me feel terrible

Try Cawthorne Cooksey Exercises. It will settle but can take a while. Every episode should settle quicker than the previous one. YOur GP can give you medication for nausea.
