where can I buy kinky stuff in person

Does anyone know where I can buy kinky things like plastic panties, vinyl dresses, sexy uniforms in person.. proper shop not mail order. Staffordshire / cheshire / west midlands all good for me. Any info very welcome, thank you

There are lots of shops in Birmingham, in and around the city center, one called angels and demons, its near hockley, but I'm not sure if its closed down now, also there's a fancy dress stall in the rag market that sell some of the items you listed.

There's a shop in Wolverhampton called something about Cocktails. Pulse & Cocktails? Something like that.
