When you don't have anyone to do it for you, how do you scrub and exfoliate your back properly?

I have a brush but it's scratchy and doesn't work that well.

Hmmm...I have someone to scrub mine, but it never occurs to me to ask him to do it. He does have to do fake tan though...

Haverfordwest

In an emergency situation, hold a spare towel, roll or fold it lengthways and hold an end in each hand.

Alternatively, you can buy them off the internet. The one I bought is a long strip of flexible material, one side soft, the other is rough and has thick rope handles stitched in securely at each end. Really does the job!

You can get a shower puff on a stick ,softer than a brush ...I think on amazon or shops selling aids for elderly or disabled .

Maybe I could stick loads of shower puffy things to the tiles in the shower and rub up and down against them like a bear scratching against a tree.

The towel one works very well it's almost orgasmic as is a fork when you have a itch you can't reach

I have a shower scrubby designed for backs. It's as you might expect a long scrubby on a stick and does the job really well. I bought it in B and M for £1:99.

There's loads of different types of loofahs. Pick one.

I had one. It got wet once, wouldn't dry out and went green

I can wash my back ok but not scrub it. I get dry, flaky skin that needs a bit of a scrub sometimes.

I have a long handled body brush that I use on dry skin before I get in the shower which exfoliates well.

I wasn't aware you'd offered to do mine for me

I'm just nailing some tree bark to the wall anyway.

Get outside and rub yourself against the brickwork.

Or buy one of those hinged wooden back scrubber things. But option one is far better
