Iceberg lettuce ..

Is there any help i can get. ?

I dont have sarnies any more with bread. Instead i use lettuce leaves

i cant be doing with all these fancy leaves people put in salads these days - give me a crisp iceberg any day

but not too sure about replacing bread with them

i do like a bit of yuksum (or however its spelt) at the chinese lol

Had a B L T but used the lettuce to wrap the bacon and toms and it was lovely.

Had all sorts and just wrap in the leaves.

much more tasty than stodgy bread

ooo I'm glad I've read this thread. Never thought about lettuce wraps. Good idea for my diet. I put 1/2lb on this week. Mind you I did have a stiffy when the lady was weighing me, lol. Wonder if it made a difference?
