help needed on this please. anywhere I can get size 8 ankle boots with low heel that doesn't sound like am wearing heels in them.

You could try Alternative Footwear in Ramsbottom. Most high street shops go up to a size 8 but I'm not sure what you mean by not sounding like heels...

But most high-street shoe shops are full of size 8 low heeled ankle boots ...... pretty much all the colours in all the styles,,,, ........

It's the absolute bain of my life...

The real problem is finding uber sexy high heel ankle boots size nine that don't look like they belong in a drag queens fancy-dress box......
