So why do you think time goes quick?

According to this.... http://youtu.be/aIx2N-viNwY ..... It could be because of repetition.

Interesting theory. New experiences will always stimulate as will travel. Got to keep looking forward.

But boy am I sick of steak chicken or fish as options in most restaurants

I always thought it was down to your perception impacted by the time you have been alive.

e.g. to a five year old a year is a fifth of their life and feels almost unquantifiably long. To a 50 year old a year is 1/50th of their life and their perception of that year is fleeting in comparison.

As we get older we have more to do,thus not noticing the minutes tick by. Pensioners sleep a lot because,if they didn't,each day would feel like an eternity.

^This is the theory that makes most sense to me.

Brighton - even Hove!

It's because the periods of time you experience are smaller proportions of all the time you've had.

Supposing you were 5 years old. 1 year is a fifth of your life. If you're 50, 1 year is only a fiftieth so proportionally is less so appears to go faster.

It is!

But perception isn't a constant.
