Ear breathing...

not far from iceland,,,,,, tescos is nearer though :-) (near leeds)

As I've got a cold my nose is bunged up, can someone tell me where I get an ear breathing bypass kit ... please..

Yes I'm hoping for sympathy..

Going through it aren't you? Is this the same illness or the end of man flu?

Have you tried inhaling steam with some olbas oil in a bowl with a towel over you head?

Not many, I was ok until I went to the Dr's, I've been poorly since.

Have you tried salt to clear your head? In my practice this has been standard advice to those who are bunged-up. You could try trepanning, if you fail to get sufficient air via your ears.

Salt water solution is something most of us can do at home, without needing to buy anything. You could internet search for it.

I also recommend menthol crystals and eucalyptus oil for steam inhalation.
