Not the same but I used to work for a boss who's opinion was that she didn't care if the people she supervised were happy or not. She was and remains one of the most socially inept and negative people I have ever known.

Spent my whole career dealing with assholes and wankers. Working as a chef there is a large amount of such people, most usually in management and more often then not, women

I work with them all the time.

Although I work in a sperm bank and sometimes they needs a hand, or rather a finger.

This sounds like my last boss!! She had a partner but wasn't married & had no children. She was so unsupportive when my marriage broke down & my children needed help & support from

CAHMS. She actually questioned why I took time off work sick (1 week) as I wasn't actually ill. She was the cause of me taking a further period of sickness. My new boss is brilliant!!!

We had 1 employee commit suicide last year for work reasons stating she was micro-managed, over worked etc.. The inquest last week criticised us for our managament style.
