It's gets a bit competitive in our house, who can get the most flips etc. I usually win, as I'm a sore loser.

Tossing is a joy. If it ends up on the floor, the dog will hoover it up. If it ends up on the ceiling, it will come down eventually. If it ends up down my throat, then everyone's a winner!

Haha..never heard of them in uk...but in fargo (movie) one of the killers always wants to go to pancake house before he blows someone's head off..

I find that a good big solid handle helps. And you shouldn't be too eager and spill all of your batter at once or it'll be over prematurely and you'll be left with not much other than a soggy towel...

I usually spend all evening tossing come shrove Tuesday. My family can devour as many as I'm prepared to make. I usually have 2 pans on the go but haven't yet mastered the double toss
