Do you need the room to dress in too?,if not maybe a storage unit would be a cheaper option

would a garage space be ok ? - just some people rent them out if they have no need - if you on facebook go onto the local buy, swap, sell sites and put out some feelers - might be surprised (in a good way )

Self storage would be safer and more secure than a garage

I will check that out. It is really difficult because of my personal circumstances and I have so many shoes and dresses etc., I so wish that I could be female all the time.

Ha ha ok, and what would the payment for the room be? Maybe you had better send the reply in a message to me, I am seriously trying to find a place to store my extensive wardrobe.

I'm all seriousness, If its financially viable, it would be a great alternative to having a lodger, because you wouldn't actually be living there, so it wouldn't have an effect on the tenants benefits, and most if the time the don't have a stranger in their house, but it would mean paying the short fall in housing benefit, also, it would be a secure place for receiving parcels from Amazon and the like
