New head needed

............... quite seriously I have a really bad cold, when I cough my head hurts, as does my throat, my neck... I am so sick of blowing my nose in fact it hurts to much to do so now..

So new head would be appreciated thank you.. :D

I thought this was an advertisement for a new person with exceptional oral skills!

lol.. I just cant remember the last time I felt this rough.. I am on the sofa, barely able to move.. well At least until school run.

You cannot beat the bug but you can beat the symptoms ....

plenty of sleep plenty of water plenty of hot soups

days 1-3 contact non drowsy + paraceto + aspirin supplement if required

day 4 onwards, sudafed tabs + ibuprofen x 2

gradually reduced dosage as you recover.
