"nope. Never. Restriction in place 365 days a year." As long as the lines are in keeping with the rules, a court case got thrown out against a person for parking on double yellows that didn't meet the regulations. | |||

If there are yellow lines painted on adjacent kerbs or signs prohibiting loading then no. Double yellows indicate no parking but loading or alighting isn't classed as parking. Single yellow means parking restrictions apply. | |||
