Lay on the couch in my pajamas with my dogs and endless tea. That's what I did yesterday.

I go to the evangelical faith healer In my local church that used to be the cinema and bingo hall. He can cure everything from the common cold to full blown ghey disease. I have seen him save someone speaking tongues as the demons were cast out

Central

Rest, sleep and generally take it easy. Possibly some time outdoors too, as it's freeing for my mind.

For a cold, probably a hot shower, honey and lemon, find some easy reading, get B doing me a chest and back rub with Vicks.

If just under the weather - duvet on the sofa, Rom Com, OK mag and something I like to nibble. As a child always had lucozade - can't stand it now!

Sleep, cuppas, snuggles & fluffy jammies usually help.

If I'm hungry soups always a great comfort food when you are ill.

Update on my vital signs.. it's not looking good. Just don't send my friends and family around.. it's never a good outcome ..

Losing blood profusely... Nose bleed..

Breathing ... Awkward with tissues shoved up your nostrils..

Temperature.. freezing cold..

Delusional. . Just for a minute I thought I saw a message in my inbox.. told you I'm really really Ill.

Chicken cuppa soups. Warm pjs and bed.

Even better if someone has put fresh bedding on for me.
