mmmmmmm am cooking stuffed hearts for my dinner tonight and the child in me spent more time than is acceptable messing about making the water spurt out of the holes when clening them

i use lambs hearts, clean them out and cut through the bit in the middle so you have a nice open cavity into which you put the stuffing

i only ever use sage and onion stufing lol

then pop them in an oven proof dish with some onions, cover with water and crumle in an oxo

pop them in the oven on about 180c for about 45 mins then thicken the water with some gravy granules and pop it back in for about 15 mins

i have mine with boiled potatoes and boiled white cabbage.
