I haven't had any. My eyes hurt. I am going to be worse than useless today.

Brighton - even Hove!

I usually wake up just before the alarm goes off but today was in a deep sleep and dreaming and the alarm shocked me awake and I banged my head on the side table.

I'm doing that too. I've spent too much time sitting around over the last few days, (working, but sedentary), and it's made me ache all over. Work is hazardous.

Yep, my lads got am awful cough and has had it for 2 weeks. So neither of us are getting any sleep with him coughing all night. So much so last night that he threw up everywhere!!!!

Oh dear, poor him and poor you. I hope he feels better soon. Failing that, send him to stay with his dad for a few days

Cover the soles of his feet in vix and put socks on.. At bedtime

I was having a really nice sleep until my youngest had a bad dream and came in with us. King size beds aren't big enough for 3 when you want to sleep!

Did not fall asleep til gone 1am and was awake again at 5.30am.... Busy mind. Head hurts badly today and I just wanna snuggle back in bed with a big spoon
