"Calves, shoulders, traps?"

Sure

I don't think too much about calves because mine are pretty toned already, guess that's why they get forgotten

We usually have good calves from walking about in high heels!

I've recently started freeletics, do that 3 times a week combined with gym sessions and hitting the tarmac each weekend. Been going 2-3 weeks now lost six pounds and I'm sore all the time, lol

Jiu Jitsu gives you an all over body workout, throwing someone over your shoulder, being thrown to the floor and getting back to your feet, cycling and running, that's me week in week out.

I mainly do taekwondo - all the leg work and core/balance work is what gives me a very different torso to a gym based workout.

I dig up fenceposts, carry slabs, hold hedgetrimners and chainsaws, lug bags of cement, sand and ballast, shovel aggregates and go up and down ladders for 8 hours a day

Spinning

And then deadlifts, squats and benches.

That's pretty much it.

Cork

Maybe better for guys but if it pressed for time cut ur program to just the beach workout (pecs, delts, biceps, forearms).

I use only dumbells for weights, never a bar as its my personal theory it takes more effort to control the weight individually.

Add in some nice long runs to offset all the beers.

I wouldnt wanna send anyone to sleep talking about my routines. But in short. I work 3/4 different muscle groups each day. And every 12 weeks i totally change the lot. Keeps the body guessing.

I don't do routines as I get bored easily and I will stop going to the gym. This week I've been mixing it up a bit. Done a lot of back, chest and arms this week. Did an abs class yesterday and total fat burn class today. Resting now until Monday and need to get back on track with squats and dead lifts and a bit of running. Need to build up the strength in my legs.
