Somewhere in North Norfolk

I need suggestions for a gentle exfoliator suitable for very sensitive skin, prone to irritation and dry, flaky patches.

I need something gentle to remove the flakes before moisturising.

Any suggestions, please?

My sister uses caster sugar or salt mixed with olive oil

salt is supposed to be good - as it dissolves as well so doesnt keep on scraping as well as having healing properties -

East Sussex

I use Angels on Bare Skin from Lush. It's a cleanser but has ground almonds and lavender oil in it the almonds very gently exfoliate daily over a period of time.

I use st. Ives facial scrub. They make a version for sensitive skin. I love it.

Aapri is a different brand, but the same idea. I like the apricot one from St. Ives but they make others as well.

Marc steals it sometimes too

Simple has a gentle exfoliator for sensitive skin. Can apparently be used daily as well. Prefer something akin to sandpaper myself but partner likes it.
