Im going to bake a cake havent decided when but it will be sometime this year last time i said i was going to bake a cake it took five years to materialize.

So the question is what cake shall i bake?

7 layers each seperate colours the same as a rainbow or 2 layers with different colours 'swirled' into each other ( a bit like a marble cake)

I bake cakes for orders, I love my baking.

Myself I love all lightweight mousse, meringue and Swiss roll types with fresh whipped cream, fresh berries and caramelised nuts, caramel, chocolate ganache
