Just noticed a girl that works in a shop I go to often is on fab.. Noticed her tattoo on her neck.. What should I say to let her know I'm on this too or should I leave it an act like I never knew

I would advise against saying anything face to face but maybe message her om here?

Message her on here so she takes precautionary measures with her pics. However make sure you word your message in a way that she does not come to the conclusion that you want to meet her.

OP would you want a complete stranger approaching you in your place of work to essentially discuss your private life, particularly your Fab private life? Maybe put yourself in her shoes.

I saw a guy off herE. Walk past me on the gym car park the other night. Hence why I have no face pics I'd die if I got recognised like that
