Wonderwall by Oasis and Love Is All Around by Wet Wet Wet.

When they were current songs, I really wasn't fussed about them either way but after I started to DJ and Compere Karaoke I really started to hate those 2 songs. They were always end of the night songs, group of pissed up young lads, arms around each other 'singing' one or both of those songs.

In the end I deleted them from the list and reprinted the page from the song book. If anyone asked I always said that I didn't have them

"Superman (not the theme to the film) - Im not sure who recorded this "

If you mean the one that goes "O superman, o judge, o mom and dad, hu hu hu hu..." it's O Superman by Laurie Anderson from the Big Science LP. I love this track.

She played live in Glasgow a couple of years ago at the Tramway, which I would have loved to have seen. Instead I went to see Stockhausen, which I'm glad of as he sadly died a short time after. Two greats of modern experimental music.
