Couples accounts. No photos. No verifications. Not even spelt their own names right..oh and been on over 12 months..do you think they are fakes? Male pretending to be a couple? Lol.

It could be that the profile had lapsed ? Some people are more active than others, some just want to look.

I just ignore them and set my filets accordingly e.g . Site Suporters

There's a guy on hot pics and he has a photo verification tick but lots of photos of a lovely penis including one picture that's been doing the rounds since as far back as 2013 and the image has been used over 20 thousand times online on various porn sites and cam4 pages.

Stuff like that shouldn't be allowed because it wets the appetite for nothing.

Has Dry January got to everybody on here? The forums are obsessed with so-called 'fake' profiles since I rejoined.

What someone/some couple does with their profile is up to them. Last time I checked the conditions of Platinum Membership (whooops.. shouldn't have mentioned that) there was no actual requirement to meet...?? There was also no actual requirement for anyone to contact anyone. Nor any requirement to do ANYTHING other than fill in the required fields on the sign up screen and that's it.

If you don't want to meet someone whose profile doesn't do it for you - in any way - then just move on to the next.. and the next...

I've been on and off here for seven years now and all that time it's been organic. Those who don't do much with their profile/membership wither and die (the profile that is!) whilst others are hugely active in every way.

And the other little 'consideration'... don't judge others use of this 'facility' against the way you use it.

Live and let live...

Rant over! I feel better for that.... (retires to corner and awaits the forum police.....)

I reported my results of putting the images through tineye reverse image search and the picture has been removed from the profile.

but when they are chatting to you and asking to meet and you are interested and ask to talk to the woman on the phone they suddenly deactivate their account lol. come on doesnt take a genius to suss that out. and if we are not interested then we dont bother replying. as you said its not law to meet anyone. we hardly meet.

lots of profiles like that - we have met unverified though but you have to process them - if this troubles you dont get in contact in the first place or reply if they send the initial message

Then, possibly, their 'thing' is chatting to someones wife on the phone. People get off on all kinds of things as we all know (I hope!). Unfortunately, it's the nature of the beast on a site like this. All any of us can do is put it down to experience and - hopefully - learn from it and spot the signs the next time it appears to be happening. Had it happen to me and I've no doubt it'll happen to me again. This way of meeting people interested in the same things we are will always be fraught with people with agenda 'different', let's say, to our own.. and often it takes some time for that agenda to surface..

Same! A couple asked us for our Skype so they could verify we were genuine. I did point out that the amount of veris we have should show that. Plus they only had one through webcam so if anything it should have been us checking they were real
