I have an audition, where I could be naked on tv today. How do I get myself in these situations . My question is..If it came down to it would you get naked in public?

Sometimes i get the urge whilst deciphering over an extensive wine selection, - yep, probably have been on cctv but if one is choosing a Mediterranean or NZ East coast wine, one has to get into the swing of things!!

Happy to get naked....would be a bit odd in front of total strangers in the middle of the street but I could if I had to.......in a naturist, club, party, private house, field, beach environment I am fine

In front of people for something and they wanted, needed or expected this to happen. Yes.

Naked where people weren't expecting it and I was going to be shocking or upsetting them. No.

in 2005 I took part in a mass naked photo shoot on Newcastle quayside

There's a naked bike ride on the quayside this year so watch this space

Just like to say I'd like to see this audition. My family were always good with natural bodies being uncovered and it's helped me as I've matured. I like to step outside of my boundaries too and usually looking for challenges.

Deep, slow breathing relaxes your,mind and body. If uncertain beforehand do some yoga or possibly get to the gym and changing rooms - when naked and comfortable, imagine yourself at the audition. This will create the connection between that state of mind and being naked around others.

In a club yes, on a nudist beach yes, randomly walking round my own home yes. On TV? Depends how much they wanted their ratings to plummet.

I think if I was going to cause distress or offence than no. Obviously not in front of young children, but mostly happy to get in the buff.

I've done the naked bike ride on a couple of occasions

I'd feel a bit silly doing it on my own, but in a crowd situation I'm not bothered at all

See, I don't look good naked either

Even after all these years, I'd sooner not see a naked reflection of me.

That said, the liberation of being surrounded by others who share their own particular imperfections is just that : liberating.

I found I am much more self concious when I am alone than when in a group of like minded people.

Push your boundaries, you never know

Not quite sure if it counts.

I was talked into doing a photo for a charity calendar, only thing to hide behind was a little Christmas sign. The room was full of several women who had been on the dutch courage.
