What songs or artists do you listen to when you are a bit stressed out to help you destress?. I find i the song The Child in us by Enigma helps to relax and destress me.

Enigma, Era or Eros Ramazotti do it for me. So much to pick from amongst those 3... to mind springs 'Musica É' by Eros and Andrea Bocelli. Works wonders for me.

Got back into classic Deacon Blue recently. They got me through a rough time on several occasions.

For classical though, Adagio from Concierto D'Aranjuez, with John Williams.

Iron Maiden....Wasted Years and The Prisoner in particular have got me though some very dark days and some very stressful situations. But in general if I need an 'upper' they never fail me

When I'm stressed I listen to L7's album Bricks are heavy...1st track Wargasm then Shitlist then Pretend we're Dead. Usually my mood has subsided by the time the 3rd track kicks in.

Absolutely Maiden for me too. I find the albums Brave New World or A Matter Of Life And Death do it for me.
