2 cats

Romulus- loving, licking, loves belly rubs, farts lots and a lap cat

Remus- a literal wuss puss, she will run and hide as soon as you go near her. Playful with toys only. I think she's gonna be a mass murderer of birds and mice.

Rolo named because when he sits on your lap, he rolls over onto his back, often falling off. Completely placid and a big softie.

We have a cat who hates been stroked or petted in any way, hates any sort of affection, but loves nothing more than to play fetch with balled up paper or run around chasing its laser pen light around

The dog is the only dog we have ever had that doesn't make a sound, it doesn't growl bark whine nothing, and is the most needy dog ever if you are in home some part of you needs to be touching the dog or she sulks,

My dog is called Millie

She thinks she is human

She thinks she is one of the kids

She is very loving and excitable

She is a lab/collie and pure black..she likes to camouflage on the black sofa so we sit on her!

She barks at the cats that walk along our back wall but shits herself if one comes near her

She hates having her bum sniffed by other dogs

She is stupid and cuddly and I love her..possibly more than the other kids!

One cat, Nen. Totally indifferent to me and I don't know she's in the house until Ben comes home, then she tangles herself around your feet, wants to be petted and stroked, cries and rolls around the floor at Ben's feet until he strokes her.

She is an attention seeking cat. When I complain she gets more attention than I do, he says she's my cat, so he's still playing with my pussy!

Lily the calico cat - she lives at my mum's but she's still the family pet.

She's 10 in March but still charges round like a manic kitten, when she's not getting what she wants she runs round climbing where she's not meant to be and she's broken a few things doing that. She's sly, sneaky and knows how to get her own way and she's a princess. BUT... she's loving, beautiful and my Lou Lou and I wouldn't change her for the world

little house on the praire

All cats

Sugar: very easy going, sleeps likes attention, doesn't understand that not everyone wants her sat on their knee when they come to my house.

Buttons: inquisitive, likes to sniff around, easy going, laid back, a bit dopey

Angel: thinks she's something special, generally only comes to me for fuss and she wants fuss she is so bloody demanding. Although she's fine with the others she's the one that is more on her own.

Autumn: lovely and laid back just curls up with you, loves to be fussed.

But woe betide anyone that pisses her off( it only happens occasionally and I haven't worked out what they do) but she will attack them in a big way.

Generally all happy and content

If she didn't get a fuss when she wanted 1 she would bite you not gentle bites proper blood drawing bites. If she didn't know you she would pretend to be your friend then bite you. Go near her food bowl full or empty guess what!!! Yep bite you. If she couldn't get IN bed with you yep you guessed it bites. Only time she was nice was when she went to stables with my sister lol x

My springer is a show type, bred for the show ring and she has the walk, the very long curly ears, square type jaw and very long feathering. I used to have a field type springer and she was so different, very much as you describe yours. Charlotte is prettier and very noble but not quite as mad as the field. She has an excellent temperament, if you treat her as a princess of course

Hawick

Two whippets here both recovering from disease and injuries. Buddy is 9 months, balck and white and could have been named badger for his nose andand is nearly healed from a broken hip. Blu is a brindle with a blue nose and is recovering from menigitis, and is looking vastly better than he was a few weeks ago.

Blu is so laid back he is horizontal, and Buddy wants to be friends with the world bless them both.

This afternoon we are going on a Whippet walk with goodness knows how many others so taking the cameras with us.

I have Oscar the Greyhound who is so laid back he lives his live horizontal very timid and lethargic, he'll just sleep all day, he's quite nervous and skittish too

Then I have Lenny the mental Labrador

Never sits still, tail never stops wagging, thinks everybodies his best mate and act accordingly, you can't walk through the door without him knocking you over with excitment, in fact life in general is exciting for him and pees himself regular when he can't contain it

Two totally different dogs but love them both to bits

Then I have a Siamese cat called yuki who undoubtedly owns our house, he's massively greedy and does attack you for food

"My last pet was aggressive, territorial, eccentric and a very fussy eater. "

I think calling a GF "pet" is a bit demeaning
