And we ain't talkin' poker!

Had a few la la heads say hello. Dispiriting perhaps. Keyboard swingers with tiny balls and multinational wank banks. My imagination needs stimulating maybe. Or I need to be on a hot beach somewhere... I wonder when I will begin to feel phwoar again.

Anyone else go through sexual lows? Not filthy ones. Just sort of low sexual energy?

A number of things, usually in combination:

Abstain from sex / playing

Abstain from porn

Exercise

More sleep

Lay off the booze

I struggle in the winter for motivation & a can't be arsed feeling creeps in.

Get some vitamin D inside you

It'll help boost your serotonin which is missing from the lack of sun (autocarrots said 'sin' there )

Apart from that a little time and navel gazing helps

no I'm constant ,constant happy mood except in one case where a supposed friend abused my good nature but it didn't affect me too much up and running again ,maybe you just need an ego boost

Yep I'm kind of the same - feeling a bit meh in the last week or so. Outward looking Fab life taking a back seat and concentrating on things at home

As others have said a few warmer and lighter days and nights and I'm sure the hormones will be back to full working order x

A lot of people feeling like the OP at the moment, I am the opposite as my mojo is on overdrive this week, I feel that if I tried to keep up with it I would be dead by Monday morning.
