Ok not songs I know but bands,

Oasis, Pulp, Kula Shaker, Dodgy, Suede and Blur. The memories? Long summer days with no responsibities, endless games of football and realising that women are very intyeresting creatures once they get past the shin kicking phase lol

Too many to even start to list here

But 2 songs in particular remind me of a specific time in my life ..

Grocer Jack by Keith West

and

Massachusetts by the Bee Gees.

It was summer, 1967, the same year as 'The Light Programme' became Radio 1 and the first and last year that my parents DIDN'T drag me, in a caravan, to fucking Scotland for our holidays - we went to Devon instead, and it was hot sunny and nice, oh yes and my dick head of a cousin lost me in the middle of a wapping great caravan site called 'Sandy Bay'

Ditto!

I feel quite emotional now for having thought too much about what they mean to me.

We had a young girl from the church choir sing John Lennon's 'Oh My Love' at our wedding so that's quite special to us

I Want to break Free by Queen, used to be my anthem when married to my first husband!! Luckily I did ha ha.

Also There ain't no pleasing you, Chas and Dave for the same reason.

Now anything from the Footloose soundtrack reminds me of when I first met Andy and happier times.
