Words on their own are no good its phrases and even then code cant read intent or context. So no point." That's my point with saying it wouldn't work well. There are lots of ways to phrase the same question or subject. And the code may pick out just one aspect and act on that incorrectly. I mean if it were possible to code it to work accurately on frequently asked questions. A set response to some would allow people to ask and give them an answer without the risk of people getting arsey at the same question again and/or taking the piss. | |||
