uploading pictures

Can anyone tell me why we can't upload any new photos?? Its telling me I need to delete some so I've done that and it still not letting us add new ones.

Because if you want more than 10 pics, you need to upgrade to silver or gold membership x.

Because you only have silver status, which I think limits you to 50 pictures and gold allows 150.
