Id like to say i think he Means new out break. But i don't think he knows enough about it to be honest. The outbreak is not new to those who need to know about such things. If you're pregnant or planning to be. Don't go to the Olympics.

The zika virus is normally transmitted by mosquito although it has been found in semen but is nowhere near as contagious as Ebola. 80% of the people that catch it never get more than mild flu like symptoms.

The main problem is during pregnancy, babies can be born with microcephaly
