I love my e-cig . I'm afraid I splash out on the liquids because the cheap ones make me cough.

Regarding the danger, buy a cheap e-cig then you'll get a cheap e-cig. Its best to buy good brands that are likely to last (mine is going strong after two years) and won't go kaboom.

Yes, its a replacement, and is possibly not healthy (although not as bad as smoking!), but me on nicotine is a lot nicer to know than me not.

It would potentially be swapping one addiction for another but the sugar addiction is seriously unhealthy.

I quit properly on December 27th with the aid of a proper vape set-up. The difference between a proper kit and those £20 pens is like night and day. I'm already down to .3% nicotine from 1.8% the next step is zero.

There's no reason to panic about all the nasty stuff that's in the liquids either. There's 3 ingredients (in most cases).

Propylene glycol.

Vegetable glycerine.

Nicotine.

Flavourings (from the food industry)

The mix of PG and VG varies and is down to personal preference but for me I prefer 70% VG or above (I have some nice organic 100% VG liquids).

Most of the time I just vape on liquids from onepoundliquids. Ive also just ordered the ingredients to make my own liquids too.
