I've gone for egg, after seeing one or two pics recently it's put me off fruit and veg..

Both!

2 slices of pineapple with some of the juice poured on to make the gammon extra juicy and neutralise the saltiness - then a fried egg on top! With chunky chips and garden peas! Yummy!

I like both but for me a couple of nice big grilled mushrooms is essential with gammon.

Best story to do with gammon - friends child ordered salmon - we thought that's a bit different for him - you sure we said - yes he said I love it - it arrived and he turned his nose up at it - he was thinking it was gammon lol
