"And why don't Lynx adverts just say 'cock measuring device'?"

Why would you want ppl to know you leak?

Because leaking isn't the same as pissing themselves

A lot of ladies suffer from sensitive or weak bladders, commonly during pregnancy, after birth, during menopause and a variety of other reasons. Doesn't mean we all just pisa ourselves if it happens!

Putting the 'cum' in Eboracum

So instead of using blue liquid on adverts for sanitary products and nappies, they should use red and brown? More realistic?

I prefer to keep my lunch thanks.

Stress incontinence is probably what they mean, a woman's bladder can become sensitive to coughing, sneezing, running etc.

They probably don't use "piss themselves" for the same reason they don't use "can't get it up" to advertise viagra

So adverts should be more direct and realistic?

'Andrex. Just enough tensile strength not to let your fingers though, abrasive enough to get the job done. Soft enough to poke round the bend if you've used too much'

A male friend of mine was quite confused by these adverts.

He couldn't understand why the older ladies in the ads would need sanitary towels as presumably they'd gone through the menopause.

As the OP says, maybe these ads are just a bit too vague!

Pissing myself laughing at this thread, not literally of course, that would be messy.

That would be cool, but they would lose out on the party drug market.

just watching normal tv for a change, don't normally watch adverts, 3 adverts in a row featured beds, now I am fancying an early night.... not sure what they were selling though

I saw those in the supermarket this weekend....very discreetly tucked away in the men's toiletries section

Never seen that advert, do men have sensitive bladders to?

do we need bladder psychiatrists to solve this epidemic?

Yes they do, elderly men with prostate problems often have sensitive bladders, my father is one of them and as a proud man finds it terribly distressing.
