iPhone 6s advice

Hi peeps, so I had a new phone a couple of weeks ago iPhone 6s, anyhow ever since using it I have had a headache everyday, I can't find a reason for the headaches other than the phone, I wear glasses for reading and distance so don't think it's needing glasses, so just wondered has anyone else noticed any problems with headaches and an iPhone, thanks in advance, Mrs cmy

Some people get headaches from concentrating on things for too long (watching television or reading, or a computer screen). Perhaps limit the time you're using your phone.

If it's a constant headache for 2 weeks, and you're not typically a headache sufferer where this is sometimes normal, see your GP.

Are there any changes in screen resolution between this and previous models ?

Is the screen whiter or brighter ?

Can you turn the brightness down ?

Yeah thanks, you might be right I have been using the phone a lot, I am a usual migraine sufferer but I know what triggers them and I only have them monthly and I know when they are coming, these headaches are normal headaches but everyday, just getting me down a little now as making me a little grumpy and it would seem making me tired

Don't know what it's like on an iPhone, but my Samsung has an auto brightness setting which adjusts to the ambient light.

It also saves the battery

Their has been a lot of discussion on techi sites about blue lights impairing sleep and changes that can be made using apps - might be worth seeing if these help as well as screen resolution issues.

It could be the blue light from the screen.

Try an app called f.lux (or similar) to reduce the brightness and give the screen a more crimson appearance during the evening.

I do believe it will be the brightness Of the screen causeing you headaches, as They are not severe ones, otherwise I,d Think of blood pressure but i,d be very Surprised if it was that.

Thanks for all the advice, I will look at apps for the screen colour and dim the brightness, blood pressure wise although I haven't had it checked in a while I usually have abnormally low blood pressure so for it to go up would then probably be a normal reading although perhaps I should get it checked
