Branston baked beans or Heinz?

Whilst on the contentious issue regarding different tastes in foodstuffs.

Branston baked beans... yum.

Heinz baked beans... sugary yuk

Our opinion anyway.

I only very rarely eat baked beans though. I can't remember the last time I had any.

Same here, usually falling over a case of them.

It's akin to a calamity when we get back from work starving and fancy beans on toast and discover we have run out!

I was always a devout heinz man, but converted to Branston a few years ago.

Now find heinz too sweet, far too much juice and watery.

However heinz ketchup all the way, nothing else comes close.

But that's for a different thread.

I don't eat beans that much I'm not sure I'd know the difference. I tend to buy Branston more often as they are usually on offer.

I nuke them so hot in the microwave I can't tell the difference. Usually supermarket own brand for me anyway.
