Decided to hand wash the car yesterday, and loved the fact I got it all nice a sparkly. Even used the special wheel trim spray, and glass cleaner. Time to get out the pipe and slippers I think.

I've noticed getting off sofas to be a struggle now, I'm only 36!! Mind you I have started a new job in a cafe and I'm constantly knackered when I get home so I'm blaming that entirely!!

I wouldn't wash my car any other way.

Do you realise the damage those forecourt hand washes or machines do to your paint?

A normal wash for my car (often twice weekly) takes a minimum of 3hrs and a few times a year I will spend 8-16hrs. I run a small detailing business so I have to be a little anal about such things.
