What suggests you are ill ?

i actually manage to get more than 3 or 4 hours kip - i recently had the flu - real proper diagnosed by the doc kind of flu - and i think i slept pretty much 3 full days - only woke to go to the loo and have a drink

If I'm ill DO. NOT. TOUCH. ME. Not even hugs and usually I'm a very tactile huggy person.

And don't overly fuss either..

That's horrible isn't it, I've had real flu twice, it was so awful that I'm first in the queue for a flu vaccination every year. I NEVER want to have it again. Hope you're better now.

I know I'm ill when I don't want chocolate . I'm properly sick when I feel like I'm a tiny speck on my bed and I have out of body sensations.

yes thanks - was the beginning of november - felt rubbish for weeks and only the 2nd time for me too - i have had the flu jab and down for it next year as my job involves vulnerable people

no the doc gave me vac when i was 2 weeks clear of symptoms - said if i had no after effects i had had one of the big 3 - i didnt so i must have had - fingers crossed for next year - i will get in early

Sort of... it's more like I'm getting even smaller and the view is pulling out very fast. So I feel small and I see me from further and further away.

Sort of... it's more like I'm getting even smaller and the view is pulling out very fast. So I feel small and I see me from further and further away.

I had the same thing but with black and white patterns pulling away from me leaving me like a little dot... Only I had a dripping tap effect with the drip falling into my pattern...

Proper bizarre.

Mind you I was running at 103.5

When I sneeze. Will take loads of soups and hot drinks to prevent myself from getting ill; and go out for a jog to boost the endorphins up.

I too am poorly. I don't change out of pj's or brush my hair when I'm poorly. I certainly don't look the slightest bit glamorous. I wish I could lie down to sleep but it starts my coughing off and that hurts my throat. I like to be looked after and have someone round me when I'm ill.
