Where did it say "so they can approach her with details of his past"? Without that, and coupled with his name being withheld, makes me wonder if he isn't a vulnerable adult himself with learning difficulties, and the order isn't trying to discourage him from having sex. Definitely a pertinent detail missing from the story, meaning it will be over-hyped by all and sundry. I'll stick with 'I trust the justice system, acting on all the facts, to deal with it properly'. "Why would we assume they screwed up. We had a family member killed by a guy. the police knew he done it but the crime persecution service wouldn't allow the police to charge him with her death on lack of concrete evidence and the guy walked" Sorry that you lost a loved one, but I do not think we should start convicting people without concrete evidence. | |||
