Firstly can I say I enjoy AND support this site.

But ive NEVER had a reply from admin.

I realise their busy but.

its a shame spoils it

If you contact admin, you will see that they state that they do not reply. That is not to say that they do nothing. I can understand that they do not want to get involved in endless messages.

yea I understand that,,,but they never reply ever,other sites do

its not an attack on the site ,I'm just pointing out a teenie weenie flaw

I remember when they launched the gold & silver site supporter, one of the features of Gold was you would get a reply of sorts. That changed, probably due to volume.

hmmm, yea,,dont understand how other sites reply and fix problems .

I was on another site and their admin didn't reply either. Well they did in the end but it was a totally useless 'standard reply'.

Maybe try posting in the Site help forum? Sometimes admin reply to posts in there. Or maybe a different forum section... I'm too lazy to go look which it is sorry. x

If it is a general query maybe this .Sometimes other people have the answer too and post.

If it is something that only Admin can deal with for you, then please be patient as they get busy at times
